A BIG Thank You to all Allied Forces!

We use the words pre-war and post-war on a daily basis and - sorry having to admit this - sometimes nearly as commodities. Not every day we think about the abyss of misery in between those two simple words. Yet every year - on the fourth and fifth of May - the regained freedom is remembered and celebrated everywhere in Holland. On May 4 we remember the ones who gave their lives. Like on the Dam square in Amsterdam with the King and Queen, with The Last Post and two minutes of silence. On May 5 we celebrate the regained freedom. Like shown here yesterday not more than a mile from the PreWarCar-PostWarClassic headquarters. In the middle of town is a show of the cars and that brought back liberty to this small country. We like to keep the thought alive how valuable freedom is with all generations. The club which brings in the cars has the proud name 'Keep them Rolling'. In fact that's just another phrasing of 'Let's not Forget'. Thank you, thank you to all allied forces who brought back freedom. We Will Not Forget.
