A Delfosse? (UPDATE : Isotta Fraschini !!!)

(re-issue)Delfosse is a long forgotten French make. One of those umpteen manufacturers of the very popular light sports cars like Salmson, BNC, Lombard, etc. This somewhat strange photo gives the impression of a scale model. But who would add a winners prize in scale as well? Your suggestions are welcome as always. UPDATE by Jeff Hansen, webmaster of the Cadillac LaSalle Club : 'It's a 1913 Isotta Fraschini. I have a detailed write up of this car in a 1953 Popular Mechanics book called, 'How to Restore Antique and Classic Cars'. At the time, it was owned by a man named Lloyd Partridge of Chicago, Illinois. He rescued it from a junkyard in Hicksville, New York and restored it. (photo collection editor)
