Winner: Frenchman misreads rules of "Proper Cars, True Ladies" calendar competition.

A hi-hat, flat-cap mystery Mors. Vincent Juvenelle sends this fine photograph of a French built Mors car. However he has no clue to what the exact type or date is. The long bonnet gives the impression this is not one of the smaller engined types. Our guess, around 1920. We are also curious who may have been the coachbuilder of the hi-roof Coupe. (more about Mors - in French - at Automobiles Mors )

Best comment/headline that is sent to us before November 21 will be rewarded with a brass PreWarCar badge.

editor: you gave us a hard time to decide, but this time the winner is Nick Williams with the above line. Thank you all.
