There used to be a time when the art of smoking was a sophisticated affair and not frowned upon. Advertising used lovely girls in bathing suits and equally lovely cars to endorse their product. And even a poet was employed to praise tobacco. The automobile is definitely a Bugatti, although the connection with the smoking, bathing beauty is a mystery to us!

UPDATE by editor RB: Abdulla issued very collectable cigarette cards with cinema stars. So I presume what we see here is Loretta Young, star of the silver screen.
