An interesting French vintage voiturette chassis or car plaque. Blank with no numbers stamped which might be handy? I can find no reference to Louis Descloitre of Melun. Maybe he was just a garage with asperations to build his own Voiturette? I nice thing. 80mm x 50mm x 2.8mm thick aluminium. 42 x 72 holes (these are undrilled). 

This is an original bell housing in excellent condition with no cracks or damage .

1 pair of beautiful unrestored pair of ducellier Paris head lamps there’s no mayor dents and no cracks however one of them is missing the burner and cover but it can be remade fairly easily using the other lamp as a pattern.
