This Mercedes 630 was the personal car of the famous German actor (UFA-Berlin) and Oscar Prize winner Emil Jannings. The car is one of the very few original Mercedes 630 with bodywork by Germany’s top coach builders before the war: Erdmann & Rossi.

The 28/95 is the first representative of the famous line of the so called “Grosser Mercedesâ€. The engine (6-cylinder, shaft driven overhead camshaft, 7.280 ccm, 90 hp) is closely related to the Grand-Prix engines and WW 1 aero engines developed by Paul Daimler.
