For the second year in a row the Dutch city of Rotterdam hosted the Bavaria City Racing spectacle. This event is not real racing, but speedy demonstrations on city streets with Formula One cars and drivers. It gives people a chance to see what it’s all about: speed, power and of course the magnificent noise of F1 cars. Lucky for us the Pre-War Cars were not forgotten. There was a good field of several Bugatti’s (1925 Brescia, 1927 Type 37, 1929 Type 35C), a 1927 Bentley Speed Six, a 1937 Alvis 4.3 and others. Lots of fun for the 400.000 spectators.
