Earlier this week in the PreWarCar.com Magazine…

At the moment, the PreWarCar.com team is driving our veteran car to Brighton in the famous London Brighton Veteran Car Run. We have posted some photos on our Facebook page and website. Please take a look at it. Good luck everyone who is trying to get to Madeira Drive as well. If you are not, we have some interesting features to read in this week’s newsletter. What to think about this car to play trick-or-treat or the pre-war of the week that was the talk of Paris.
Enjoy your Sunday!

Lancia's Landmark Aprilia

Having pioneered unitary construction with the Lambda in 1922, Lancia’s new ambition was to develop the small car market with a model capable of seating five people in the smallest possible space whilst transporting them with effortless efficiency.
The beauty of this one-off ‘piece unique' streamlined masterpiece was so breathtaking that it quickly became known as ’The Talk of Paris’. We found this 1936 Delahaye Streamlined 135 Competition Disappearing Top Convertible by Figoni-Falaschi in our marketplace.
Wouldn`t it be good fun to drive around in the neighbourhood during Halloween when it is all dark in this 1929 Chenard & Walcker 1500 Grand Sport? Dressed up in a Halloween costume, making some noise and frighten some people… Or just to make an impressive entrée at a Halloween party.
It was three years ago. My closest cousin always dreamed about owning a special car. In the Autumn of 2015, I spotted on PreWarCar.com an advert described as 1928 Talbot (Suresnes) Straight-six M67, Cabriolet. But we decided to buy the Talbot anyway!

We do not want to make it too easy for you, as you can see in the quiz-photo of this week. What you can see is a very characteristic shape of the body, the wheels and fenders. Do you know which car it is? We will give you one tip: the car is built in a country where they speak German.
