When you haven't seen Sheila smile, you haven't been to Prescott. One of the traditional highlights during Sunday's lunch stop of the races is the marching by of The Eureka Dixieland Band. Thank God at a slower pace than the vehicles before and after. As always Sheila is 'Leader of the Pack' and is sweeping up the already far from low temperatures in the crowd. Not only the bare shoulders and exposed full two lenghts of ankle, but especially her aura and flamboyant laugh are pure magic.
