Are Humber & lady owner still around?

A charming presentation of a Humber Eighteen; this according to sender Bruno Costers from Belgium.
"Huber six cylinder models for 1936 have completely transformed lines, while the frontal appearance is modern and pleasing to a degree. The car illustrated is an Eighteen: the Snipe is very similar in looks, but has a 27 h.p. engine. "

Bruno didn't tell too much about the charming lady. Nor did he tell us about the fate of AKV985. We would be thrilled to hear she's still around. And yes, also when we learn she is owned by a 105 year old lady.

Coventry Heritage have all the registration cards for Coventry for those who wish to check up on them.

The enquiry for the Humber 18 AKV 985, simply states "Vehicle details could not be found" NOT very helpful at all !
It just means that although the details are there in their hand logged ledgers, there is nothing logged, for MOT's since 1980
