Ich bin ein Berliner !

•

Almost 45 years back (June 26) John F. Kennedy spoke these immortal words on this very spot in a dark and divided Berlin. The world as a whole may not have become a better place since 1963, but Berlin did ! BMW-Dixi fan Helmut Kasimirowicz sends this photo of his son Tobias in Berlin. This was not just any occasion but the best proof how much more free Central Europe is since Kennedy's words. Three Dixi cars finished in Berlin after a very special reenactment of a 1931 durability run of 11.000 km ! ( 7000 miles) through 14 European countries !! If your German is fine, check his report or just enjoy the photos.
