Lost in Rio....

24 September 1933. Today exactly 70 years ago this massive V 12 Voisin C 20 Coupe (click the photo for a full view and say Ahhhh!) participated in an open road race and broke the speed record in the Tourism Class: 144 km/hour on the road from Rio de Janeiro to Petropolis. To cool down the prewar two seat Hummer Coupe had an additional radiator on each side of the hood. Of the car involved not any tracve has left.
