What's hiding in your barn? (Upd. with 'dignity' package)

Don't think we are only interested in barnfound Duesenbergs, Isottas, BMWs or Bentleys. We just love the sight of cars that haven't seen daylight since decades. Yesterday late at night this pleasant photo came and we immediately decided to make it our Wednesday feature. Peter Langmaid sent in this tired family saloon that was stored since ca. 1980 The 1938 Morris 14/6, series 3 now has a new owner and is undergoing 're-commissioning' to get it back on the road.  The car's condition is good, given its age and the storage conditions of the last 31 years. The car now resides in Somerset. We hope to see the car again when it is back on the road. In the meantime you can keep your editors happy by sending a photo of a car in your direct surroundings that's been awaiting a new future for many years.

Since this 14 is obviously in original condition, it was probably one of those cars. The Wolseley cost £275, the Morris £248, so there was a useful saving here for the tax payer! This is quite a rare car- 14's were made in quite small numbers.
