A Michelin tyred Mystery (UPD: 28 July 1900, Schökelfahrt: Graz-Radegund-Schöckl)

A most interesting Monday morning mystery. The tyres are known and the photo has been used by Michelin for publicity but the car is still unidentified. Text on backside of picture: 'Schwere Fahrt am 28 Juli 1900. Gruz (?) - Rusogund(?) - Schvörle (?) 4542 feet high. "Well that's quite an accomplishment. Especially taking into account the far from standard machinery for that time. Please check the watercooled opposing twin in this next photo showing the front of the carriage." Who can help with the location and of course the car!

Do you have more photos of this voiturette or do you have more informations. We would like to reconstruct this very early Styrian car.

but, 1,445m = 4,740feet 9.76 inches, so perhaps it didn't reach the top ?

The tekst on the photo reads: "Schöckl Fahrt am 28.July 1900. Graz - Radegund - Schöckle 4542 feet high." See text from the Allgemeine Automobil-Zeitung of August 5, 1900 on the 'Share photos' department. http://www.prewarcar.com/prewar-my-prewarcar/spot-a-pre-war-car/a-schockl-mystery-026655.html

Text reads:
Drive to the Schöckl on 29.th of July 1900.
Graz-Radegund-Schöckl ( this is the route you have to go reach Schöckl) 4542 feet high.
The Schöckl is a mountain near Graz. There are some magazine features of reaching the Schöckl with cars but later. http://www.spitzerer.de/spitz_slevogt_index.htm
Ing. Karl Slevogt has a lot to do with the Piccolo feature yesterday.
Schöckl was the proving ground of Steyr-Daimler -Puch for its G model, Haflinger and Pinzgauer cross country vehicles and still is today for the Magna Engineering Company.
Could be the long lost picture of Puch Voiturette experimental car of 1900.
What me puzzles in the german text on the back is the feet dimensions of high of the mountain.
