Pioneer Run® adopts a new destination

The Sunbeam Motor Cycle Club is pleased to announce a new destination for its Annual Pioneer Run® for some 300 Veteran motorcycles, tricycles, quadricycles and combinations.Starting at Tattenham Corner, Epsom at around 08.00am on Sunday 22nd March 2020 the final destination will be Brighton City Airport at Shoreham, where machines will start arriving at lunchtime. This change provides an interesting amended route and is particularly appropriate as the very first run in 1930 involved starting from the historic aerodrome at Croydon.

There is ample opportunity to view the progress of the machines as they descend Reigate Hill and gradually make their way from Surrey down into Sussex and on to the spacious surroundings of Brighton City Airport with its beautiful Art Deco Terminal Building
