Next Wednesday RM will auction several cars from
the fabulous collection of Bernie Ecclestone, a man we think needs no further introduction. In the same auction will also be a selection of cars from Brazilian collector Abraham Kogan. Among all those cars we ask your attention for this marvellous gem. A 1922 Red Label Bentley which hasn't been touched in half a century! Only two owners since new and in driving condition… well, that is to say it was drivable when it was stored fifty years ago. Take a look at the serious patina of the interior and then check the engine. Looks promising, doesn’t it? Check lot 285 for more info. The Bentley’s estimate ranges between 140.000 and 184.000 euros, but in fact nobody can tell what might happen. (photos courtesy RM Auctions) (RB)
