Rolls-Royce for identification

A friend in Ireland sent me this framed image of a pretty Rolls-Royce 20hp drophead coupé. The photograph was discovered in his mother's house while clearing a store. He wonders if anyone can identify the house, the owner of the car and perhaps the registration plate or anything else of interest? Does the Rolls still exist?
