Scene from Hershey (updated: aircooled 1909 Middleby 25HP engine)

When was the last time you saw an aircooled Middleby motorcar (made in Reading, Pennsylvania)? Most interesting engine with twelve valves. Intake and outlet overhead.  Plus an auxiliary exhaust valve very low on the side. It is very similar to  Franklin, yet not the same. At least three Middleby automobiles have survived.Any experts around? (click pic for larger version).
