Mille Miglia minus 400 = 600 miles. Max & Raoul Bontempi entered Mille Miglia this year with their Singer Le Mans(www.SingerCars.com) which they found last autumn in the UK through this infamous website... Among the best and most beautifull cars of the world they did well, really well. Max: "The car was okay, running perfectly and we were 22nd in General Classification. Between Arezzo and Perugia, on the Trasimeno lake, there is a short piece of fast motorway going to Perugia, Assisi and Spello. Of course, there, I tried to push more and more and the cam cracked..deng, Deng, DEng, DENg, DENG.... It happens." (click photo to see the Brescia start; photos by Bontempi friends)
