A newborn Duckling Mystery (update: Louis Noël cyclecar?)

•

Vincent Juvenelle sends this ultra compact edwardian cyclecar for you to identify. Have you ever seen a more friendly looking  'monoposto' than this one? It has the same tear evoke factor as this new born duckling (also black!), still the car as such seems quite complete. We can see full eliptic front suspension, headlights, a radiator, the lower side of an engine, a small piece of exhaust pipe and lots more. Vincent has never seen one in real life and wonders if the pride looking man is the builder owner, who he might be and if the car is still around.
