Leif Örtegren from California writes:"Here’s a picture of my Chrysler. It was a sedan but in the process of being delivered to me in a big rain storm, the rotten wood gave way and the roof and top rear of the body blew off onto the highway. It was quite a big surprise for those following!
The wonderful thing about a project like this is that it can go any direction. Everything is “potentially possible”. Although I’ve had it for a couple of years now and made no progress (other than fitting new tires so I could move it), I’ve gotten tremendous enjoyment out of endless “mental engineering” sessions where it is modified or restored in various ways."
editor: from Leif's new year's wishes we learned that his virtual engineering is heading towards a Hillclimb Special . We foresee many hours of happy engineering with the superfast bodywork, spoke wheels and sporty three-in-one exhaust.
