The day after tomorrow, the 30th TECHNO-CLASSICA ESSEN will open its doors. This exhibition regularly attracts over 180,000 visitors from more than 40 countries around the world, making it the most popular public exhibition for classic cars, vintage cars, more recent classic cars (“youngtimers”) and prestige cars. Even in when it first began in 1989, TECHNO-CLASSICA ESSEN stood out from all of the other vintage car flea markets as the first genuine vintage car show in Germany. As a global exhibition for classic cars, it remains the original and the role model for all of the exhibitions which later became established within this field. The exhibition paints an impressive picture of the flourishing classic car segment, which accounts for sales of over six billion euro in Germany alone.
With over 1,250 exhibitors from over 30 countries, the exhibition concentrates the fascination with the international classic scene into the packed-out halls of Messe Essen. The range of displays on offer is unrivalled by any other event and covers all of the themes related to classic cars: more than 2,700 collectible vehicles are for sale and over 20 automotive brands are present to showcase their companies and their history on the official manufacturer stands. Parts and accessory dealers, vintage car restorers and dealers in art and literature offer an immensely wide range of goods and services. Around 220 classic car clubs and vintage car enthusiast associations make TECHNO-CLASSICA ESSEN one of the world’s largest club presentation events, offering fascinating infotainment on the classics.
We would be delighted to invite you to visit the exhibition. TECHNO-CLASSICA ESSEN is open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 pm on Saturday/Sunday.
