The end of law & order. (UPDATE: Pic-Pic)

UPDATE (ID-came from Bob Swanson, Laurent Friry and Baron Labitte de Montripier) They all agreed that this must be a "Pic-Pic" , the Swiss made Piccard Pictet made in Geneva from 1905-1924. Laurent Friry added: The earliest models had a flat radiator as the one on the photo, then from around 1912, the radiator was Vee shaped. Few Pic-Pic survived, 2 have been recently acquired by the still existing Piccard Pictet bank in Geneva. There is also one Pic-Pic 18hp from 1911 in the Schlumpf collection in Mulhouse with a coupé chauffeur body.

EARLIER TEXT: Maybe it all started with this little girl making faces to a Dutch cop. The Dutch have a fame in many respects and one of the issues that will emerge in discussions about it, is the lack of law obedience of the Dutch citizens for -what we call- "the blue in the streets". Still Holland and Amsterdam are not the Sodom & Gomorrah (BiblePlus.org) that some journalists want you to think. A group of New York policemen that was invited to assist their Amsterdam colleagues a few years back will remember their professional stay in the worst parts of our beloved capital as a two weeks break. Now there's only one problem left. What is the make of this Dutch registered car? As we don't know, your insight is very welcome. (click photo for enlarged detail / collection Robert Rozeman )
