Ben Lake of Florida(US) reports from the Ormond centenninal races:"Here a few pictures of yesterday (edit.:Thursday). The young girl driving (click for large photo) is the great grand daughther of the Stanley family: Sarah Stanley." Thanks a lot Ben for senidng this great photo! Who says youngsters have no interest in veteran/vintage cars? It's not a 'pimped and shaved' Suzuki, it's the 1908 '127 miles an hour' Stanley steamer record car !!! Enjoy the full car once more here, click here(the man at the wheel here is Dave Desplain from Speedvision), compare with the original the 1908 brochure! (photos Ben Lake, 1908 brochure from Dick Trenk Collection)
