The joy of cycling...

Michel Marteling, president of the French Amilcar Club sent this photo. We think the photos is 'superbe' et 'magnifique'. Et oui, there is a message in the photo. People with cylcecars maybe have more fun with there cars (tricky to say that ;-) ...so come up, hit us with your Duesenberg and Alfa Romeo winter shots... ;-). Cyclecar drivers just don't wait untill summer. They drive when their car is OK. Comes snow, comes mist, comes ice, fun comes always first. The cyclecars with their small feable engines you normally don't see them parked in concours lawns. They are out to have gravel for starters and tarmac as a main dish! Michel writes with his new years wish to all cyclecar and other light car fans over the world: 'On ne sait pas où on va, mais on y arrivera toujours en cyclecar...' Our French is far from brilliant, but we think one should understand: 'You don't know along which road, but you'll get there by cyclecar.' Michel, merci! (photo Christian Cottes)
