The Pacemaker (UPDATE II: 1931 Hudson )

This lovely print is titled “The Pacemaker”. Is it because she’s ‘fast’? Mwwah, we don’t think so. Is it because she keeps us alive? Well, in a way. Or maybe because she’s on the fast track to wherever. But then we should call her a pacesetter, not pacemaker. We give up. Help us! UPDATE II by Patrick Fiore: the first Pacemaker was a 1931 check this model 1932 brochure Kit Foster adds the car in our picture isn't one. That steering wheel dates from around 1920.
Update I by Patrick Fiore who claims the artwork to be part of an Advertisement for the Hudson Pacemaker. Anybody has this ad?
