The recent Belgian big tourer mystery proved to be quite an easy one for you. Oh, we should have known that it was a Panhard & Levassor! So here’s another. Once again a big motor car, this one quite a few years earlier. Edwardian it seems. But what characterises this shot is that there’s very little information.
All we know is that the photograph was taken at Rushen Abbey on the Isle of Man. The medieval abbey is on the island’s south side and, according to the tourist office’s website, "People have been drawn here ever since, from the monks who wrote the earliest account of the Isle of Man’s history, to the tea dances of the early 1900s and the heady days of 1980s disco." Today the medieval ruins and its gardens still attract visitors.
So, back to the photograph. We see a lady and a man who may have been there for a tea dance. It could be considered remarkable that she’s seen behind the wheel while he's seated in the back. He also seems to be too well dressed to be driving. A little posing just for the picture then? We'd love to hear from you.

A fairly drastic way to stop a runaway car :-)
