"I have in my shed some parts for what appears to be a three-wheeler car. The parts include a chain drive gearbox with the markings: VR40, VRB677, TT, and VR1VAF on it, two differentials, both with MB110 on them, and three wheel hubs, carriers etc, with MB107R stamped on two of them, and MB107P, J3066 and H&A stamped on the third. The hubs also have a logo or something stamped on them, but this is difficult to make out. It may be a WY, or maybe an M. We don't have any of the chassis - just these bits of the drive. Two of the wheel hub carriers have independent suspension, and steering gear. The gearbox has chain drive - presumably to a single rear wheel . We were hoping that the serial numbers on the hubs and gearbox would identify it, but we don't really know where to start.
Any ideas what it is? And can you put me in touch with anyone who has any information about it all? (Editor: the wheel-rim combiantion (click) causes doubt with us if the set up is prewar at all, but who can tell? You?

UPDATE by Keith English:" The bits are most certainly Berkeley see MicrocarMuseum). They are front wheel drive and the chain goes from the Excelsior engine to the gearbox and front there to the diff and to both front wheels via shafts, a common mod was to fit a mini engine and subframe."
