The Walter Miller Mysteries, part III (update: Talbot Lago cabriolet by Figoni & Falaschi ?)

It's so easy when you know, yet when you have  no clue of where to begin... French or American? Well it's a RHD, so let's stick with the European options. Delage D8, or more close to Astura? No, we like to place our bet on a late thirties Talbot Lago, also due to the glimpse of a dark and rectangular radiator badge.

We hardly can't imagine that a car like this got lost in history. In that case let's hope for the current owner that the car still looks more or like depicted in this photo and not has been victim of later 'concours upgrades'. Well let's see what will come up.

UPDATE by editor: based on all comments and further research we are quite sure we're looking at a late thirties Talbot-Lago cabriolet by Figoni & Falaschi;  quite similar yet  not as dramatic as this 1937 T150C   Within a few hours from now you can expect the next Walter Miller Mystery.

The Badge under the door is definitely from `Figoni et Falashi´.
