Tous les chemins mènent à Paris ?
Ces dernières années ont été difficiles et nous devons tous nous habituer à la "nouvelle" normalité. La semaine prochaine, il y aura enfin un grand salon de l'automobile : le Salon Rétromobile. Pour nous, ce sera le premier depuis le début de la pandémie et aussi le premier depuis que toutes les restrictions de voyage ont été levées. Nous nous demandons à quoi cela va ressembler. Tous les Britanniques, les Allemands, les Américains, les Argentins, les Australiens et les Africains feront-ils à nouveau le voyage et trouveront-ils le chemin de Paris ? Et quelle sera l'incidence de la guerre en Ukraine ? Tous les chemins mèneront-ils à Paris ou y aura-t-il moins de monde qu'avant ?
Faites-nous savoir si vous viendrez ou non cette année.
Salon Rétromobile 2022
Le salon Rétromobile se tiendra à Expo Porte de Versailles à Paris du 16 au 20 mars 2022.
L'équipe de PreWarCar.com & PostWarClassic.com sera présente (Stand L.095 dans le Hall 7.3) ainsi que l'Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport présentée sur la photo ci-dessus.

Non, non, Monsieur Weber
The photograph was taken in Germany because the road sign in the picture is distinctly of German design. French road signs look very different to those in Germany.
And the sign means that Bundesstraße 3 (B3) leads to Freiburg 71km away, and that Bundesstraße 28 (B28) leads to the Salon Rétromobile thanks to the Editor's retouching skills !
Btw, I first thought the car was a Saab 92 of around 1949, especially with the Swedish registration. From the rear, the Alfa Romeo pictured looks almost the same as the Saab.

Hi there
The picture must have been taken smack west of Offenburg, on the French side of the Rhein river.
And within 28 km, there was the Salon Rétromobile. There is no major town within that radius except for Strasbourg.
But Strasbourg is west of the Rhein river and the road sign points east!
Either the Salon Rétromobile was somewhere out in the countryside or the picture is fake news!
