A V-shape radiator mystery in Belgrade (update: 1914 Benz, Elite?)

Peter Skofic dug up a yet another mystery again. This time with a pinch of the December atmosphere, snow! He writes: "The photo shows an unknown car fighting with heavy snow in Belgrade in front of the parliament`s palace which was obviously still under construction. Following typical design of the V-shaped radiator this must be a German or Austrian car. But which make? Perhaps Benz or Puch? Support of your readers solving this mystery would be helpful."

I was thinking about a 1914 Benz, which doesn't seem to be an unlikely candidate to me. Radiator emblems are not very visible in my eyes, the whole car being rather blurry. I would like to believe it to be an Elite, but Elite pictures from the early '20s seem to be absent on the internet. Important in my eyes however is the fact that the bonnet top line (including scuttle) of almost every German car in the early '20s was straight and horizontal, so I would be surprised if that wasn't the case with the Elite.

I believe that this could be a 1919-1920 Elite 10/35 or 10/38. Some features could be common to others: round badge each side of the radiator; Bosch lighting set with transverse stay; crank handle upright; shape of front dumb-irons (similar to the 12/40); the shape of the battery box on running board. Elite cars were built in Brand-Erbisdorf, absorbed by Opel about 1928.
