1930 's Uruguay street football champs!

Alvaro Ferraro writes in response to Thursday's Newsletter: " I'm writing from Uruguay, the first FIFA World Champion in 1930, today playing in the actual World Cup in South Africa.  The picture enclosed is in the begining of the 30's  when Uruguay was already the world champion. It's a "Picadito", the name we gave when a group of friends play football in any place. In this picture the group is in front of the Palacio Legislativo, the building of Law's representatives (Senators). The Congres as they call in the States. You can see the car behind (Model T tourer 1927?) and the rear part of an open bus. The picture is from the newspaper "El País" from Montevideo, Uruguay.
