What is it? # 174

It's a chauffeur driven motorcarriage. Not eletric but with an Otto engine. It'z all verry Frenzch zis weekend ofcurse! In fact this carriage was made in Paris! In a very small not very well known 'atelier' (workshop). Somewhere in the fifties this vehicle was last seen slowly rotting away outside a long forgotten museum in Normandy. Now we are very much aware of the fact that it will be practically impossible for you to give the right name or make of this automobile which is a 'traction avant' far before Citroen even considered to make a first sketch for such a car. Anyway, the prize will be for the person with 1. the best estimation of the year this vehicle was built 2. the proper description (preferably the French words) of the sort of vehicle (Sedan, Berline, Limousine or much better: .....?) 3. the make of car 4. to which museum do we refer? Basically it is not needed to know all the answers, but the more you know the better the chance you win... (source of photo next week)
