It is certainly a factory, but which one and where? Although this drawing was made at the end of the 1940’s, the factory is certainly older. In fact, the factory -located in western Europe - still exists and this month they are celebrating a birthday. We can tell you that the first sod was dug with a silver spade by the founders’ son. From then on it took 28 months to build the factory that replaced the company's earlier plant. The first car that rolled of the production line was a truck, later followed by a small saloon, the lowest priced saloon ever made in that country.
